Terms of Use

1. Your account

• Give your real name and your own mobile number. One account is for one student only.
• Your account works on one phone. To use a new phone, ask the academy to allow it.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Course videos and material

• Videos, notes, quizzes and other material belong to Digital Future Academy. They are for your personal learning only.
• Recording, downloading (except notes we mark as downloadable), sharing your login or re-uploading our content is not allowed and can lead to your account being blocked without refund.

3. Fees

• Course fees, installments (EMI) and validity are agreed with the academy at admission. Fee receipts are available in the app.
• If an installment is overdue, access to recorded classes may be paused until the fee is paid. Access opens again after payment.
• Refunds follow the policy explained to you at admission.
• The Android app does not sell anything. Fees are paid at the academy or as agreed with the academy.

4. Class chat rules

• Be respectful. No abuse, hate, harassment, sexual content, spam, ads, or sharing of anyone's personal details.
• Use ⋯ → Report on any message that breaks these rules, or Hide to stop seeing a student's messages. We check reports within 24 hours.
• We may delete messages, mute or block users who break the rules.

5. Certificates, jobs and referral rewards

• Certificates are issued after you pass the course exam and can be verified online.
• Job and internship listings come from employers. We share them in good faith but do not guarantee a job.
• Referral rewards are paid as announced in the app when the referred friend joins a course.

6. Availability

We try to keep the app running at all times, but there may be breaks for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Videos are played through YouTube.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete my account or the deletion page. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept.

8. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Bhiwani, Haryana have jurisdiction.
