Digital Future Academy ("DFA", "we") runs a digital marketing training institute in Bhiwani, Haryana. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
1. Data we collect

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos or files from your phone. We do not show ads and we do not sell your data.
2. Who we share it with
- Hostinger – our web hosting (servers that store the app data).
- Razorpay – payments made on our website (their own privacy policy applies).
- YouTube (Google) – class videos are played through the YouTube player, which may set its own cookies.
- Google Firebase / browser push services – only to deliver notifications you turned on.
- SMS provider – only to send OTP codes, if OTP login is used.
- Google Sheets / email – our internal copy of website enquiries.
- Certificate verification – anyone with your certificate number can check your name, course and date on our Verify page. That is the purpose of a certificate.
- Government or police, only if Indian law requires it.
3. How we protect it
HTTPS encryption, encrypted passwords, data folders closed to the internet, login limits against password guessing, admin two-step verification and payment verification by digital signature. No system is 100% safe, but we work to protect your data and will inform you if a serious breach affects you.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, progress, chats, doubts, assignments, attendance and notifications are deleted immediately. We keep fee payment records for up to 8 years because Indian tax law requires it, and certificates already issued stay verifiable. Website enquiries are kept for up to 2 years.
5. Your rights and choices
- Delete your account: in the app go to Profile → Delete my account, or use our account deletion page, or call us.
- See or correct your data: call or WhatsApp us.
- Turn off notifications any time in your phone settings.
- Grievances: contact our grievance officer (the academy director) at the details below. We reply within 7 days.
6. Children
Our courses are for learners aged 16 and above. Students under 18 should use the app with a parent's or guardian's consent. The app is not made for children under 13.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the app.
